We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect product, damaged or defective item) or if you choose an exchange or store credit to use on our shop, we will fully cover the return shipping costs. Please note that photo or video proof is required to justify any product error or defect.
